How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are handled by Paddle.

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Contact us via the in-app support chat and we will help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Business / multi-seat orders

Bulk and corporate purchases are also covered by the 30-day window from the date of the original invoice. Contact us for assistance with partial refunds on unused seats.
