By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if buying on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.

- Resell, redistribute or share paid access outside the seats you purchased.
6. Intellectual property
All content, course material, questions, branding and software are owned by Salome Sakvarelidze and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased.
7. Payments, billing, taxes and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency conversion, taxes (including VAT/sales tax), subscription renewals and cancellations are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (Caucasus). Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
